Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Laboratory Support professional to assist Lung Function, Allergy & Sleep Monitoring studies in a pediatric-friendly clinical setting. You will perform spirometry and related tests, record results and coordinate urgent requests with clinics.

Ideal candidates have a Diploma in Medical Science/ Biotechnology/ Biomedical Science and 2–3 years of clinical service experience. You will maintain equipment, assist with patient registration and participate in quality

Qualifications

• Diploma in Medical Science / Biotechnology / Biomedical Science or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide laboratory support for Lung Function, Allergy & Sleep Monitoring studies.
• Perform pulmonary function tests such as spirometry, NIOX-ENO, lung volumes, Impulse Oscillometry, diffusion capacity & bronchial provocation tests.
• Perform sweat testing and allergy tests as requested.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording/reporting of test results.
• Coordinate urgent test requests with clinics, wards & departments.
• Maintain laboratory equipment, instruments, consumables & inventory.
• Ensure equipment is properly checked/calibrated and in good working condition.
• Support procurement and stock replenishment.
• Assist with patient registration, appointments & enquiries.
• Provide patient service recovery and attend to feedback.
• Supervise, coach & guide new/junior staff.
• Participate in quality improvement activities and in-service training.
• Maintain laboratory statistics and support smooth daily operations.
