Job summary

SBCC Clinic Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a clinic assistant to support sleep studies, respiratory tests, and general care.

You will perform reception duties, assist doctors and nurses, ensure patient comfort, and help maintain clinic operations. Night shifts and working with children are part of the role; diploma holders in biomedical science or nursing encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Biomedical Science or Nursing is required.
• Possession of BCLS is an added advantage for nurses.
• Able to work with children and night shift.
• Computer literate; at least 1 year in the related field preferred.
• Independent with good teamwork and people skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
• Good interpersonal skills with a pleasant personality.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clinic cleanliness and tidiness.
• Participate in stock-take and ordering of stationary/drugs/consumables.
• Take on ad-hoc departmental tasks as assigned by management.

Job description

The role involves conducting sleep studies and respiratory function tests, as well as assisting healthcare professionals during treatments and examinations.

Responsibilities:

• Perform reception duties, scheduling of appointment, registration, dispensing of medication, payment collection and administrative duties relating to patients.
• Perform sleep studies (Clinical and PAP Titration)
• Perform respiratory function test
• Assist doctors/nurses with the provision of treatment and patient examinations
• Ensure a high standard of customer service
• Provide assistance to the Clinic Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic
• Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the clinic
• Involve in administrative functions relating to work area such as stationary/drug/consumable ordering/stock-take
• Perform other ad-hoc departmental task/activities as assigned by the management

Requirement:

• Possess at least a Diploma in Biomedical Science / Nursing
• Nurses equipped with BCLS certification is an added advantage
• Able to work with children and perform night shift
• Computer literateAt least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is preferred
