Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain & update engineering drawings and documents using SolidWorks software and assist in product improvement & development of new products
• Provide technical support to global customer base in terms of hardware enquiries
• Assist in resolving quality related deviations, recurring issues, Out-of-Specification (OOS) investigations
• Handle all other engineering related matter as and when directed by the superior
