Job summary

Adecco Personnel Pte Ltd, in partnership with a leading global bank, seeks a Junior Marketing Specialist for a 6-month maternity cover in Singapore, based at Changi Business Park.

You will support client communications and campaign execution across digital platforms, coordinating with marketing, digital platforms, product and other partners to ensure timely, accurate outputs compliant with business and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years in marketing, communications, campaign management, or operations.
• Experience in Digital Marketing & Communications, Financial Services/FinTech preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Marketing, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support the creation, review, and execution of client communications for digital platforms and marketing campaigns.
• Manage day-to-day campaign operations, including campaign setup, coordination, execution support, quality assurance, and tracking of campaign deliverables.
• Perform fulfilment activities and data validation checks to ensure campaign targeting, client lists, and outputs are accurate and complete.
• Conduct pre- and post-launch quality checks, monitor campaign status, and help resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure timely delivery of communications and campaigns.
• Assist in preparing presentations, reports, campaign performance updates, and communication materials.
• Provide support for ad hoc projects and other tasks as assigned.

The Opportunity

• Adecco is partnering with a leading global bank to look for a Junior Marketing Specialist (Bank)
• Location at Changi Business Park
• This role is a 6-month maternity cover position supporting the Singapore Client Lifecycle team.
• The successful candidate will help manage client communications and campaign execution across digital channels, ensuring communications are delivered accurately, on time, and in accordance with business and regulatory requirements.
• The role requires close collaboration with multiple stakeholders, including marketing, digital platforms, product and other business partners.
• The team operates in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent campaigns and initiatives, requiring strong attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to learn quickly.

The Job

The Talent

• Minimally 1-4 years experience in marketing, communications, campaign management, or operations will be preferred
• Experience in Digital Marketing & Communications, Financial Services/FinTech preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft suite – Excel, PowerPoint
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Marketing, or related fields will be preferred.
