Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Marketing, or related fields.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• 1–3 years of working experience in marketing, communications, campaign management, or operations (internships considered).

Responsibilities

• Support the creation, review, and execution of client communications for digital platforms and marketing campaigns.
• Manage day-to-day campaign operations, including campaign setup, coordination, execution support, quality assurance, and tracking of campaign deliverables.
• Perform fulfilment activities and data validation checks to ensure campaign targeting, client lists, and outputs are accurate and complete.
• Conduct pre- and post-launch quality checks, monitor campaign status, and help resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure timely delivery of communications and campaigns.
• Assist in preparing presentations, reports, campaign performance updates, and communication materials.
• Provide support for ad hoc projects and other tasks as assigned.

Role

This role is a 6-month maternity cover position supporting the Singapore Client Lifecycle team.

• The successful candidate will help manage client communications and campaign execution across digital channels, ensuring communications are delivered accurately, on time, and in accordance with business and regulatory requirements.
• The role requires close collaboration with multiple stakeholders, including marketing, digital platforms, product and other business partners.
• The team operates in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent campaigns and initiatives, requiring strong attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to learn quickly.
• This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure a broad range of activities across digital marketing, client communications, campaign management, stakeholder engagement, and financial services operations.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• 1 - 3 years of working experience. Those without experience but with relevant internships in marketing, communications, campaign management, or operations may also be considered.
• Experience in Digital Marketing & Communications, Financial Services/FinTech preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft suite – Excel, PowerPoint
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Marketing, or related fields.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
