Working under the Solution Manager, you will assist in drafting technical proposals, compiling project estimates, and preparing competitive bid packages for regional submarine cable installation and maintenance tenders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field with strong technical operations interest.
• 0–2 years of experience; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in MS Office with intermediate-to-advanced Excel and strong reading comprehension.

Responsibilities

• Proposal Coordination: compile, format, and proofread technical proposals to client specs and standards.
• Costing & Estimation Support: gather quotes from vendors and update cost databases and pricing models.
• Technical Documentation: draft descriptions of solutions, vessel capabilities, and methods based on inputs from engineers.
• Data & Matrix Management: track port costs, fuel pricing, charter rates, and tariffs for bids.
• Tender Logistics: manage bid logs, deadlines, and organize final tender packages for submission.
