Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field as stated.
- 0-2 years of experience; fresh graduates encouraged.
- Proficiency in MS Office and intermediate-to-advanced Excel.
- Strong reading comprehension for extracting requirements from technical specs.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and format technical proposal documents to meet tender specs.
- Assist costing by gathering vendor quotes and maintaining cost models.
- Draft descriptions of technical solutions, vessel capabilities, and methodologies based on inputs from senior engineers.
- Maintain tracking of regional port costs, fuel pricing, and equipment tariffs for bids.
- Support tender logistics including logs, submission deadlines, and final packaging.
