Job summary

KSK Engineering Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks an entry-level M&E coordinator assistant to support daily coordination of mechanical and electrical works on site and in the office.

You will learn to review drawings, liaise with architectural, structural and site teams, and contribute to progress tracking, RFIs, and handover documentation while developing your BIM and digital construction skills. Qualifications

• Diploma or relevant technical qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Eng.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Basic understanding of M&E systems is helpful.
• Ability to read technical drawings is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn M&E coordination, testing, and approvals.

Responsibilities

• Assist the M&E Coordinator with daily coordination of mechanical and electrical works.
• Coordinate M&E works with architectural, structural and site teams.
• Assist in checking M&E drawings, shop drawings and coordination drawings.
• Conduct site walks to monitor installation progress.
• Take photographs and prepare simple site-progress updates.
• Identify and report drawing discrepancies and M&E clashes.
• Follow up with subcontractors and suppliers on drawings, materials, inspections and progress.
• Assist in preparing RFIs, material submissions, method statements and inspection requests.
• Update submission schedules, drawing registers and document-control records.
• Assist with testing, commissioning, authority inspections and handover docs.
• Attend coordination meetings and record notes with action items.
• Assist with BCA Green Mark and sustainability documentation.
• Learn and use digital construction tools for drawing review and progress tracking.
