Job summary

You will assist with basic desktop support, monitor and maintain Windows server systems, respond to incidents, and help with upgrades and patches, collaborating with the Service Desk to ensure timely resolution.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day ops and technical support for servers, networks, Wi-Fi, and end-user infra in local offices and field locations.
• Provide basic desktop/end-user support (laptops, printers, standard apps) when needed, with the Service Desk.
• Perform basic administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of servers and network/Wi‑Fi devices.
• Respond to incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution or escalation.
• Assist with Windows server installation, configuration, patching and upgrades.
