Job summary

Proficio Inc. headquartered in Singapore seeks an Information Security Analyst I to join its SOC-as-a-Service operations. You will monitor and triage alerts from our SIEM platform and work across multiple client environments and time zones to quickly analyze threats.

You will apply strong network and security knowledge to identify root causes, report fixes, and support incident response efforts aimed at limiting damage and reducing recovery time. Proficiencies in Linux and Python are beneficial.

Qualifications

1+ years’ experience/education in security operations or SOC work.
Strong Linux knowledge and Python scripting.
Experience with SIEM technologies and incident response.

Responsibilities

Receive and triage alerts from SIEM platforms.
Analyze threats across multiple customers and time zones.
Identify root causes and report fixes.
Support incident response to limit damage and reduce recovery time.
