Alcotech Pte Ltd specializes in Infectious Disease Kits and Medical Device Regulatory Affairs. We are expanding rapidly and are looking for a Junior HR / Recruitment Executive to support our hiring in Singapore and overseas.

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Junior HR / Recruitment Executive to assist with end-to-end hiring locally and internationally. This role provides hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates, while supporting HR processes and recruitment strategies.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their HR career who wants exposure to both local and international recruitment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with end-to-end recruitment: posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and recruitment agencies.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and support the recruitment process.
  • Assist with employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Provide general HR support as needed.
Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in HR or recruitment preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Comfortable using job portals, and HR tools.
  • Eager to learn and grow in HR and recruitment.
Work Environment
  • Office-based role in Singapore
  • Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm

Salary

$2,300 – $2,800 monthly (depending on experience)
