Job summary

CGS International Securities Hong Kong Limited is seeking a Client Advisor (Junior) to support senior advisors and progressively develop client coverage capabilities in Singapore and the ASEAN region.

The role focuses on originating new HNW relationships, delivering investment ideas, and building a robust pipeline to grow assets under management. It provides a clear pathway to become a Revenue-generating Relationship Manager while fostering regulatory compliance and professional development.

Qualifications

• Strong client acquisition, networking and relationship-building capabilities.
• Demonstrated commercial orientation with the ability to develop new client relationships and convert assets into sustainable revenue.
• Good knowledge of financial markets and investment products.
• Ability to understand client needs and communicate investment ideas and solutions effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a growing, entrepreneurial environment.
• Regulatory knowledge related to HNW advisory, suitability and KYC/AML.

Responsibilities

• Proactively originate, acquire and develop new High Net Worth client relationships.
• Build and maintain a sustainable pipeline of prospective clients and convert relationships into funded accounts.
• Develop relationships with entrepreneurs, business owners, senior executives and other HNW individuals in Singapore and ASEAN.
• Grow assets under management/coverage and drive revenue through active engagement.
