Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, business analysis, or operations in financial services or tech.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of Global Markets products and trading systems preferred.
• Familiarity with SDM 5.0 or similar governance frameworks is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Jira and Confluence experience a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multi-tasking ability.
• Effective communication; able to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist in tracking and coordinating Global Markets projects under SDM 5.0 governance.
• Support preparation of business requirements, functional specs, and test plans.
• Collaborate with senior analysts to monitor timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Document action items, decisions, and follow-ups from stakeholder meetings.
• Help facilitate testing activities (SIT/UAT) including test case prep and defect tracking.
• Support project reporting, status updates, and dashboards for management.
• Assist in resolving operational issues related to trading platforms and data.
• Contribute to continuous improvement across the project lifecycle.
