Job summary

Riello UPS Singapore PTE. LTD. is seeking an Engineering Assistant to support our field service team in maintaining critical UPS systems for hospitals, data centers, and other essential facilities.

You will assist service engineers during preventive maintenance visits, help troubleshoot and repair UPS and battery systems, and prepare tools and parts for on-site work while following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• NITEC/Higher NITEC or equivalent qualification.
• Basic electrical knowledge required.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Must be a responsible team player with a learning mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist service engineers during preventive maintenance visits.
• Support troubleshooting and repair of UPS and battery systems.
• Prepare tools, instruments, and spare parts for site work.
• Perform basic electrical testing under supervision.
• Follow workplace safety requirements and site procedures.
• Learn hands-on skills from experienced engineers.
