VERTIS DIGITAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a Junior Experience Designer to support the creation of user-centered digital experiences, assisting in research, design, and delivery tasks under guidance.

This role focuses on developing core UX and UI skills, contributing to projects under supervision, and learning to balance usability, functionality, and visual design within business and brand contexts.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in UX/UI, Experience Design, Product Design, or related digital design role.
• Fresh graduates with a strong design portfolio may be considered.
• Consistent application of design system components and brand guidelines.
• Attention to typography, layouts, and interaction basics.
• Open to applying user research insights and feedback.
• Willingness to learn, iterate, and test design decisions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting user research, surveys, and usability testing.
• Support the creation of user flows, wireframes, and simple prototypes.
• Learn and apply accessibility and usability best practices.
• Contribute to high-fidelity visual design under supervision.
• Follow established design systems and brand guidelines to ensure consistency.
• Prepare assets and design files for implementation.
• Work closely with designers, product managers, and developers to translate requirements into designs.
• Assist in documenting and organising design work clearly for team use.
• Actively seek feedback, iterate, and grow design skills through mentorship.

About the job

The Junior Experience Designer supports the creation of user-centered digital experiences by assisting in research, design, and delivery tasks. Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting user research, surveys, and usability testing
• Support the creation of user flows, wireframes, and simple prototypes.
• Learn and apply accessibility and usability best practices.

Requirements and Qualification

• Ability to produce clear, neat, and functional design outputs.
• Preferably 1-2 years of experience in UX/UI Design, Experience Design, Product Design, or a related digital design role. Fresh graduates with a strong design portfolio and relevant internship experience may also be considered
• Consistent application of design system components and brand guidelines.
• Attention to detail in layouts, typography, and interaction basics
• Openness to apply user research insights and feedback.
• Awareness of usability, accessibility, and responsive design.
• Willingness to test and validate design decisions.
• Reliable team contributor with clear and organised handoff of design files.
• Receptive to feedback and guidance from senior team members.
• Eager to learn new tools, methods, and approaches, with initiative in solving small problems.
• Curiosity about UX/UI trends and best practices.
