Job summary

Vertis Digital seeks an Experience Designer to craft intuitive, accessible digital experiences that balance functionality with visual design and align with brand and business objectives.

You will collaborate with product managers and developers, conduct research, create personas and flows, deliver prototypes, and contribute to design systems and style guides.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio demonstrating quality visual design and interface aesthetics.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in UX/UI, Experience Design, Product Design, or related digital design role.
• Ability to create intuitive, user-friendly flows.
• Consistency in applying brand and design system guidelines.
• Evidence of incorporating research and feedback into designs.
• Experience using testing and validation methods.
• Consideration for accessibility, inclusivity, and responsive design.
• Effectiveness in cross-functional teamwork and clarity in presenting design decisions.

The Experience Designer is responsible for creating user-centered digital experiences that balance functionality with visual design. This role ensures that our products are intuitive, accessible, and aligned with brand and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to inform design decisions.
• Develop user personas, journeys, flows, and wireframes that simplify complex interactions.
• Apply accessibility and usability best practices to all designs.
• Deliver high-fidelity visual designs that are consistent, on-brand, and responsive across devices.
