Job summary

UES HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. is seeking a project/equipment engineer to review client specifications, coordinate multi-disciplinary activities, and develop cost estimates.

The role involves liaising with clients and consultants to secure approvals and ensuring contract requirements are reflected in deliverables. The successful candidate will handle site technical matters, support testing and commissioning, and collaborate with vendors, contractors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Self-starter with minimal supervision and problem-solving ability.
• Meticulous, analytical, and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Review technical specifications/drawings from client;
• Coordinate internal and external engineering activities and the interdisciplinary interfaces to ensure that the project objectives and needs are met and meet project schedules;
• Develop cost estimates for equipment and works.
• Prepare technical submissions and liaise with client/project consultant for submission approval;
• Ensure technical requirements defined in the contract are properly incorporated in the project deliverables;
• Handle and resolve all site technical relating matters.
• Support on the testing and commissioning work.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, clients, consultants, vendors and contractors.
• Assist the Managers in engineering co-ordinations and in administrative duties (management of sub-contractors / vendors, etc.);
• Perform other Duties assigned by the direct supervisor

Requirement

• Bachelor Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Chemical / Civil/ Building Structure/ Environmental Engineering
