Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food.
• Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients per recipes.
• Wash and peel fruits and vegetables for cooking.
• Prepare and cook food according to recipes.
• Serve food in proper portions and ensure plate appearance.
• Ensure proper portion, arrangement, and garnish.
• Maintain cleanliness of food storage areas.
• Follow personal hygiene procedures to ensure safety.
• Follow food safety and handling policies.
• Monitor quantities to control waste.
• Adhere to health, safety, sanitation, and fire procedures.
• Store all food products properly in fridges and storage containers.
