You will write hooks and scripts, film with students and parents, and edit using CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut. You should have a portfolio and be comfortable testing many ideas.

This role offers work-from-home with occasional on-site filming across Singapore and a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of content creation experience.
• 2+ years of video production experience.
• Portfolio or samples of TikTok/IG content.
• Ability to write hooks, scripts, captions, and storyboards.
• Ability to film and edit independently and test multiple ideas.
• Familiar with education/parent audience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop short-form video concepts for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and paid ads.
• Write hooks, scripts, captions, and storyboards.
• Film content with students, parents, team members, actors, or creators when needed.
• Edit short videos quickly using CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar tools.
• Create multiple variations for testing and study performance.
• Collaborate with marketing to maintain a steady pipeline of assets.
• Build a swipe file of ideas from education, parenting, and brands.
