Job summary

ATC COMMUNITY OFFICE in Singapore seeks a hands-on video creator to film, edit and publish weekly short-form content across Instagram Reels, TikTok and LinkedIn. You will produce demos, founder talking-head clips and customer stories with a practical, DIY approach.

The role requires a portfolio of at least 3 self-shot videos, comfort with CapCut, Premiere Pro and Canva, and openness to AI tools. Singapore Citizens and PRs only.

Qualifications

• 0 to 2 years of experience creating short-form video.
• A portfolio of at least 3 short videos you shot and edited yourself.
• Confident with a phone camera, DJI and a mirrorless or DSLR camera, basic lighting and a lapel or shotgun mic.
• Fast on CapCut or Premiere Pro and comfortable in Canva.
• Curious about AI tools and willing to learn new ones quickly.
• Clear written English for captions and hooks; local language skills are a plus.
• Self-starting: can take a one-line brief and deliver a finished video.
• This position is open to Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents only.

Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot and edit 4 to 5 short-form videos a week for Instagram Reels, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Write hooks, captions and on-screen text, and post on schedule to each platform.
• Design static and carousel posts in Canva for LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Keep a monthly content calendar, and reply to comments and DMs within the same working day.
• Track views, saves, follows and link clicks weekly, and report what worked and what to try next.
• Film at customer sites and events around Singapore when needed.
