You will turn product features into parent-facing stories, test multiple variations, study performance, and collaborate with marketing to maintain a steady stream of new assets.

Qualifications

• You genuinely enjoy making content and understand short-form video culture.
• You have a portfolio, TikTok/IG account, or past content examples to show.
• You understand hooks, pacing, captions, framing, and why people keep watching.
• You can write simple, emotionally clear scripts.
• You can film and edit independently.
• You are comfortable testing many ideas instead of trying to make one “perfect” video.
• You understand or are curious about parents, students, tuition, enrichment, or Singapore education.

Responsibilities

• Come up with short-form video concepts for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and paid ads.
• Write hooks, scripts, captions, and storyboards.
• Film content with students, parents, team members, actors, or creators when needed.
• Create UGC-style videos that feel authentic.
• Turn product features into parent-facing stories and pain points.
• Create multiple variations of hooks, intros, captions, and formats for testing.
• Study ad/content performance and improve based on what works.
• Build a swipe file of strong content ideas from education, parenting, enrichment, and consumer brands.
• Work with the marketing team to produce a steady pipeline of new creative assets.
