Job summary

Motorist Pte. Ltd is seeking a hands-on content creator to join our Content Studio. You will develop and produce two streams of content: brand and educational material for Motorist channels and partner content for Media Sales.

Work alongside a video editor, ideating from brief to published video with minimal handholding, and staying on top of trends across TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in a relevant field is required.
• Hands-on content creation experience is preferred.
• Familiar with short-form video formats and native analytics.

Responsibilities

• Monitor trends on TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts and adapt them.
• Collaborate with the Media Sales team for partner content.
• Develop concepts, script, shoot, and edit partner content.

• Script, shoot, and edit content, and track performance.

We are looking for a hands-on content creator embedded in our Content Studio, working alongside a video editor to produce two streams of work: brand and educational content for Motorist's own channels, and partner content for our Media Sales team. You're equal parts ideas person and executor, comfortable going from a brief to a published video with minimal handholding.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities

Ideate and produce short-form videos that grow the Motorist brand: amplifying paid campaigns, explaining COE, road tax, insurance, and other topics in formats that actually perform

Monitor trends across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts and translate them into content that fits our voice and audience

Work alongside the Media Sales team to create content for brand partners

Develop concepts from scratch, script, shoot, and edit partner content

Attend partner events to capture coverage and fast-turnaround highlight reels

Script, shoot, and edit content

Track what you publish: views, saves, shares, engagement rate, and use that to inform what you make next

Manage a content calendar that balances Motorist brand needs with partner deliverables

Content creator mindset — you follow trends critically and can tell a genuine cultural signal from a platform fad

You know how to adapt an idea across TikTok, Reels, and Shorts without a carbon copy approach

You can write a hook, frame a shot, and cut to retain attention

You're comfortable on camera when needed

You can manage a content calendar and flag conflicts before they become problems
