Job summary

Science Centre Singapore is seeking an early-career writer to join the PR and Communications team. You will work across media relations, on-site event support, and content creation for LinkedIn, press materials, and the Annual Report.

You will brief media crews, coordinate media visits, pack media kits, and help run campaigns in the CRM. This hands-on role requires onsite presence, multi-tasking, and a strong writing capability.

Qualifications

• Strong writing ability with samples
• Marketing/communications/journalism background a bonus
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with CRM/ EDM/ content platforms helps
• Comfortable with on-site events and hands-on support
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines under shifting priorities
• Active on LinkedIn with understanding of effective posts

Responsibilities

• Handle media relations and event coordination on site
• Write and edit LinkedIn copy, campaign content, and communications materials
• Assist with EDM campaigns, CRM liaison, and weekly reporting
• Support on the Annual Report copy and other key communications
• Be present for events and festivals during peak periods
