Job summary

Tanamera Coffee Singapore is seeking a hands-on Junior Technician to support installation, maintenance and servicing of commercial coffee machines across our outlets and client locations. This role focuses on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and ensuring consistent coffee quality.

The ideal candidate will have technical training (NITEC/ diploma) and 1–3 years of experience, with basic electrical/mechanical troubleshooting skills and the ability to handle heavy equipment safely.

Qualifications

• NITEC or diploma in a technical field preferred.
• 1–3 years of equipment servicing or technical maintenance experience is an advantage.
• Basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting knowledge.
• Able to work independently and handle heavy equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and servicing of coffee machines for outlets, clients and vendors.
• Install, set up, relocate and retrieve coffee machines when required.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and carry out basic repairs.
• Calibrate fully automatic and semi-automatic coffee machines to maintain coffee quality.
• Respond to service requests to minimise downtime.
• Maintain servicing records and report equipment issues.
• Keep tools, spare parts and work areas organised.
• Assist with monthly inventory stock counts.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and company standards.

Your Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and servicing of coffee machines for outlets, clients and vendors.

• Install, set up, relocate and retrieve coffee machines when required.

• Troubleshoot equipment issues and carry out basic repairs.

• Calibrate fully automatic and semi-automatic coffee machines to maintain consistent coffee quality.

• Respond promptly to service requests to minimise equipment downtime.

• Maintain accurate servicing records and report equipment issues.

• Keeptools, spare parts and work areasorganised.

• Assist with monthly inventory stock counts.

• Follow workplace safety procedures and company standards.

What We're Looking For

• NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma or equivalent qualification in a technical field preferred.

• 1–3 years of experience in equipment servicing or technical maintenanceis an advantage.

• Basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting knowledge.

• Comfortable with hands-on work and handling heavy equipment safely.

• Valid Class 3 driving licence is an advantage.

• Good problem-solving, communication and organisational skills.

• Able to work independently and manage multiple service requests.
