Job summary

Budding Space Pte. Ltd. is seeking a clinical psychologist to provide comprehensive psychological assessments and evidence-based interventions to diverse client groups.

The role combines in-person and virtual sessions with a focus on client-centred care and collaborative practice. The position requires a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, SRP eligibility, and the ability to work across age groups with strong ethical grounding and reflective practice.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from a recognised institution.
• Eligible for registration with the Singapore Register of Psychologists (SRP).
• Ability to work competently across a range of client presentations and age groups.

Job Summary

Provide psychological assessment and intervention to diverse client groups, delivering services both in-person and virtually while maintaining clinical documentation and collaborating within a client-centred team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments to evaluate mental health needs of children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families
• Deliver evidence-based psychological interventions tailored to individual and group client needs to support mental well-being
• Provide therapeutic services through in-person sessions and virtual platforms to ensure client accessibility and continuity of care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and manage case files in compliance with professional and ethical standards
• Collaborate within a small, experienced team to uphold autonomy, integrity, and client-centred care principles
• Apply professional maturity and ethical judgment in clinical decision-making and reflective practice
• Demonstrate competence in managing a broad range of client presentations across different age groups

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from a recognised institution
• Be eligible for registration with the Singapore Register of Psychologists (SRP)
• Demonstrate ability to work competently across a range of client presentations and age groups
• Exhibit strong ethical grounding, professional maturity, and a commitment to reflective practice

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Possess training or show interest in trauma-informed, somatic, and/or systems-based interventions
