Job summary

FUCHI PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Site Engineer to join our project team and support ERSS/TERS and civil works on LTA projects.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; this is a hands-on site role with opportunities to gain practical experience in construction, temporary works, site coordination, and project execution. In this role you will assist with reviewing drawings, coordinating workers and subcontractors, maintaining site records, and ensuring safety and quality on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor9s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with site or construction experience have an advantage.
• Interest in civil, ERSS/TERS, or temporary works.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to learn and work in a hands-on project environment.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• AutoCAD / BIM knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating daily site activities and construction works.
• Monitor work progress and ensure works follow approved drawings and specs.
• Assist in coordinating workers, subcontractors, and site supervisors.
• Support site planning, resource coordination, and work sequencing.
• Assist in ensuring timely completion of site activities.
• Assist in reviewing construction drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Support site measurements, quantity take-offs, and material coordination.
• Assist with ERSS/TERS and temporary works execution.
• Assist in identifying and resolving technical issues on site.
• Coordinate with main contractors, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Attend site meetings and assist with technical discussions.
• Follow up on site issues and ensure proper communication.
