Job summary

SIN POH MACHINERY AND CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an entry-level Site Engineer/Assistant to support daily site operations and assist Project Manager and Site Engineers.

You will coordinate construction activities, monitor progress, prepare reports, and liaise with clients, consultants and authorities. Fresh graduates are welcome; basic construction knowledge and proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office are valued. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of construction methods and engineering principles.
• Familiar with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project documentation.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Positive attitude, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Possess Class 3 Driving Licence will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager and Site Engineers in daily site operations.
• Coordinate and supervise construction activities on site.
• Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with project schedule.
• Prepare site reports, progress updates, and project documentation.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities.
• Assist in site inspections and quality control checks.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, and machinery deployment.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and environmental requirements.
• Attend site meetings and follow up on action items.
