MASTERCLASS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Junior Chemistry Tutor to join our premium tuition centre. You will teach Chemistry to G3/IP levels, align with our curriculum, and help students build mastery and confidence.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience teaching Chemistry (IP/O Level) in tuition centers or private settings
• Five working days with both weekends commitment
• Excellent subject mastery and ability to explain complex concepts clearly
• Strong interpersonal skills and genuine care for student success
• Teaching at H2 level or G3 Physics or Biology or Math is a plus
• Aligned with My Masterclass' teaching philosophy and standards of excellence

Responsibilities

• In Your First 1-2 Years, Build Foundations—you will be trained in curriculum and teaching materials, classroom management, teaching methods, and active feedback techniques. You will take ownership and be accountable for the progress and performance of all students under your care.
• By the second year, you will get familiar with depth and topics across schools and syllabuses, where you will run your class independently and adapt to different students' needs.
• As You Grow With Us (Years 3-6): you will plan schemes of work in line with the curriculum, mentor and train junior tutors, contribute to curriculum development, and participate in marketing and centre leadership.

The Opportunity

We are inviting a Junior Chemistry Tutor to join our dynamic team. This is a role for an educator who has:

• 1-2 years of experience teaching in tuition centers or private settings, fresh grad with tutoring experience welcome.
• Willing to put what you have learnt in secondary & JC to use
• Has the ability to rapidly digest, internalize, and deliver My Masterclass's G3 and IP Chemistry materials
• Takes personal ownership of student progress, actively tracking and supporting their academic and personal growth
• A passion for inspiring students and helping them build mastery and confidence
• A willingness to teach and improve on My Masterclass' structured curriculum and materials

Responsibilities

As You Grow With Us (Years 3-6):

• You will be in charge of the planning of schemes of work of your classes, in line with the rigor of My Masterclass's curriculum

• Mentor and train junior tutors, improve on My Masterclass's curriculum

• Participate in marketing, community outreach, and content initiatives

• Take on leadership opportunities - including managing your own branch under My Masterclass

What We Offer

• Monthly Base Salary: $4,200 - $4,600 (Gross monthly base including off peak periods of October to December)
• Up to 3 months performance bonus for high performing tutor, annual package of $60,000 - 80,000+ inclusive of employer cpf.
