Job Summary

Join Achievers Dream as a Chemistry Teacher, where you will be trained through a proven 5‑stage system and mentored by experienced educators. Teach JC students in group classes and lab sessions, focusing on deep understanding of Chemistry with strong support and minimal admin duties.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging group lessons to JC students that promote deep understanding of Chemistry concepts
• Conduct hands‑on lab sessions in the NEA‑approved Chemistry Lab to reinforce theoretical learning
• Apply the 5‑stage Teacher Training System to develop effective teaching skills under mentor guidance
• Provide clear, detailed student feedback and accurate marking to support student improvement
• Collaborate with the support team to minimize administrative tasks and focus on teaching
• Participate actively in mentorship and training sessions to continuously enhance teaching effectiveness
• Demonstrate reliability and commitment by consistently preparing lessons and supporting student progress
• Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student engagement and curiosity
• Work effectively within a team, offering assistance and cooperation when needed

Work Schedule & Location

• Locations: Bukit Timah, Lorong Chuan, Kembangan
• Option 1: 4 weekdays (1:00pm–9:00pm) + 1 weekend (8:30am–6:30pm)
• Option 2: 3 weekdays (1:00pm–9:00pm) + 2 weekends (8:30am–6:30pm)
