BIG BANG OLIVIA & CO. PTE. LTD. is looking for a Junior Chef / Kitchen Assistant to support our kitchen teams across four concepts: Sláinte, Olivia & Co, The Telegraph, and Doki Doki Donburi. You will assist with food preparation, plating, hygiene, and safe storage.

No prior experience is required as training is provided. Shift work including weekends; the role offers a salary up to S$3,500 per month, daily meals, and opportunities for career progression.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic about cooking and eager to learn new skills.
• Reliable, hardworking, and a good team player.
• Able to follow instructions and maintain consistency.
• Open to weekends, shifts, and public holidays.
• No experience required; training provided.

Responsabilités

• Assisting with food preparation and basic cooking tasks.
• Supporting plating and presentation according to brand standards.
• Maintaining kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety.
• Ensuring proper storage, handling, and rotation of ingredients.
• Working closely with senior chefs and learning across different cuisines.
• Helping the team ensure smooth service during peak hours.
