Job summary

The role requires hands-on operation, expert knowledge of bread trends, and a strong work ethic to support our expanding bakery manufacturing activities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in bread baking manufacturing, plus 2 years in R&D.
• Knowledge of current bread trends and ability to replicate them.
• Graduate from recognised baking and culinary schools.
• Hands-on and hardworking.
