Job summary

Lulu's Lounge is seeking a Junior Bartender to join our team at Southbridge Road, Singapore. You will be part of a stylish venue offering cocktails, elevated dining, and live entertainment experiences.

As a junior team member, you’ll learn mixing techniques, beverage knowledge, and standard recipes while delivering prompt, courteous service in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused.
• Willing to learn bartending techniques, beverage knowledge, and standard recipes.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and on shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, spirits, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Support senior bartenders with drink preparation and daily bar operations.
• Provide prompt, courteous, and attentive service to guests.
• Keep the bar clean, organised, and adequately stocked.
• Follow established recipes and presentation standards.
• Comply with responsible alcohol service, hygiene, and workplace safety requirements.

As part of our bar team, you will work in a distinctive, fast-paced environment focused on quality drinks, attentive service, and memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, spirits, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages.
