Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field.
• Familiarity with Golang or similar backend programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C++).
• Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive learning attitude.
• Proficiency in Chinese to read and process Chinese-language technical documentation and collaborate with Chinese-speaking vendors.
• Good interpersonal skills and a strong team-player mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable and efficient backend services using Golang.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and team members to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Participate in the entire software development lifecycle from design to deployment and testing.
• Optimize application performance, ensure system reliability, and write clean, maintainable code.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
