Job summary

UIC Asian Computer Services Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Associate Software Developer to join our development team building an AI-powered HRIS.

You will participate in the full software lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing enhancement of HRIS modules, APIs, and data components while collaborating with full stack developers, AI Engineers, functional teams, and product stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; internship or project experience is an asset.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work effectively both independently and in a team to meet timelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain features for the AI HRIS platform.
• Develop front-end and back-end components using modern frameworks and technologies; build REST APIs.
• Work on Microsoft Fabric data services, SQL endpoints, and data pipelines; optimise queries.
• Collaborate with Software Engineers, AI Engineers, Product Owners, and HRIS teams; participate in code reviews.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering / Information Technology
