UIC Asian Computer Services Pte Ltd is seeking a Full Stack AI Developer to design, build, and support AI-powered enterprise applications. You will work across UI, backend, APIs and AI components to deliver scalable and secure solutions.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders and AI engineers to integrate AI capabilities into business workflows, maintain data integrations, and ensure robust security practices in a cloud-enabled environment.

Qualifikationen

JOB SUMMARY

The Full Stack AI Developer is responsible for developing and supporting end-to-end AI-powered applications, covering user interfaces, backend services, APIs, and AI components. The role works closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and innovative solutions that integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications and workflows.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Full Stack Application Development

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain full-stack web and enterprise applications using technologies such as React, Next.js. C#, ASP.NET Core and Python.
• Develop frontend and backend components to support AI-enable business solutions.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs, microservices, and system integrations.

AI & Agentic AI Development

• Develop and integrate AI-powered solutions into enterprise applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), Machine Learning, and Agentic AI technologies.
• Design, develop, and optimize prompt engineering workflows to improve AI performance and user experience.
• Develop AI agent solutions and intelligent assists using frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions and AI-powered knowledge retrieval systems.
• Collaborate with AI Engineers to integrate, test, and enhance AI capabilities with enterprise applications and business workflows.

Data & AI Integration

• Develop and maintain integrations between AI services, enterprise applications, and business systems.
• Develop and manage data integration solutions using Microsoft Fabric (including Fabric SQL Database and Warehouse, where applicable), Microsoft SQL Server, and other enterprise data platforms.
• Support AI model and service integration, testing, performance evaluation, monitoring, and continuous improvement to ensure reliability, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with AI Engineers and other development teams to ensure seamless data exchange, system interoperability, and secure integration of AI capabilities into enterprise applications.

Application Security & Dataa Protection

• Implement secure authentication and authorization, role-based access control (RBAC), Single Sign-On (SSO) and appropriate identify protocols.
• Apply secure coding, encryption, secrets management, audit logging and privacy-by-design practices to protect employee and payroll data.
• Support compliance with applicable company policies, security standard and Singapore PDPA requirements.

Cloud & Platform Deployment

• Deploy and maintain applications using Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, and cloud platforms.
• Utilize Dockers, Git, and modern development practices to support solution delivery and maintenance.
• Ensure applications meet security, governance, and performance requirements.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Support

• Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements and identify AI use cases.
• Translate business requirements into practical technical and AI solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation and provide application support where required.

Research & Innovation

• Stay updated on emerging AI, software development, and cloud technologies.
• Conduct research, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and technology evaluations to support innovation initiatives.
• Recommend and implement improvements to applications, processes, and user experiences.

REQUIREMENTS

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

Experience

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, Full Stack Development, or AI application development.
• Experience in developing web applications, APIs, and enterprise solutions is preferred.
• Knowledge of HR business processes and the application of AI for HR automation, employee self-service, and decision support is an advantage.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Proficiency in Python and modern software development practices.
• Experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, and LangGraph.
