SINGAPORE FIRST AID TRAINING CENTRE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Junior AI Developer/Engineer to join our team in Singapore.

This entry-level role focuses on AI prompting and modern AI-assisted tools across our platform stack, with active participation in Agile sprint workflows and a focus on cybersecurity practices. You will leverage Claude Code and related AI tooling to accelerate development, contribute to feature integration, and support vulnerability testing as part of our security posture.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior AI Developer / Engineer to join our team. In this entry-level role, you will leverage AI prompting and modern AI-assisted tools (such as Claude Code) across our platform stack, participate in agile sprint workflows, and support cybersecurity practices including vulnerability testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leverage AI prompting and AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code) to accelerate software coding and workflow automation.
• Develop, integrate, and maintain features across the core AI platform stack.
• Participate actively in Agile sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and project management workflows.
• Assist in maintaining application security by implementing cybersecurity best practices and assisting with vulnerability and penetration testing.
• Collaborate with team members to continually explore and adopt modern AI development methodologies.

Requirements:

• Strong interest and hands-on experience/competency in AI prompting for coding and software development.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code or similar) and AI platform stacks.
• Fundamental knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, as well as vulnerability and penetration testing principles.
• Understanding of Agile workflows, sprints, and general project management practices.
• Junior-level experience with a high degree of enthusiasm for AI technologies and continuous learning.
