Job summary

Grailverse is seeking a hands-on engineer to dive into the codebase, diagnose issues with AI assistance, and drive the validation of internal AI tool prototypes. You will document iterations, measure impact, and help integrate AI into content pipelines for engineering and narrative teams.

The role emphasizes bug detection, robust writing, and proficiency with modern Git-based workflows, CI/CD basics, and AI productivity tools like Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and ChatGPT.

Qualifications

• Ability to spot bugs and logic errors and clearly communicate issues to senior developers.
• Familiarity with modern development workflows including Git version control and basic CI/CD/deployment processes.
• Hands-on experience with AI productivity tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) for coding or content generation.
• Excellent technical writing and organizational skills.
• Bonus: QA automation, technical writing, or experience as a Prompt Engineer.

• Maintain clear, structured technical documentation. Track iterations of our AI workflows and measure the tangible impact of AI implementation.
• Integrate cutting-edge AI tools directly into our content pipelines, supporting both engineering and narrative teams in high-volume creation.
• Support daily DevOps tasks including GitHub repository management, environment configuration, and application deployment.

Requirements

• A sharp eye for spotting bugs and logic errors, coupled with the ability to communicate technical issues clearly to senior developers.
• Familiarity with modern development workflows, including Git version control and basic CI/CD or deployment processes.
• Hands-on experience using AI productivity tools (like Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or ChatGPT) for coding or advanced content generation.
