Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, AI or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in software engineering, AI development, full-stack development, or similar technical role.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying applications, automation solutions, digital products, or internal business tools.
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts, including prompt engineering, LLM integrations, retrieval-based systems, and intelligent automation.
• Proficiency in full-stack development technologies such as React, Next.js, Node.js, Python, FastAPI, Django, or similar frameworks.
• Experience working with APIs, databases, version control tools, and cloud-based deployment environments.
• Strong understanding of software development best practices, including testing, debugging, documentation, and code maintenance.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
