Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to align business vision and project scope.
• Lead discovery via inception workshops and interviews to refine strategy and value proposition.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and negotiate on requirements as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional development teams to achieve product vision on time.
• Apply Agile and best practices to create high-quality solutions (INVEST, vertical slicing).
• Create and manage requirement deliverables (epics, user stories, models, flows, wireframes).
• Manage the product backlog, prioritization, estimations, dependencies.
• Support delivery with testing and feedback, including acceptance criteria and UAT with clients.
• Contribute ideas and passion to the company, fostering a dynamic, inclusive environment.
• Be flexible and open to feedback; maintain a learning mindset; help drive world-changing outcomes.
