Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Accounting/Finance.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and process daily accounting transactions.
• Manage AP/AR, including invoices, payments and receipts.
• Verify supplier invoices and obtain approvals for payments.
• Process bank transfers, payment vouchers and employee expense claims.
• Prepare customer invoices and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Perform bank reconciliations and check for discrepancies.
• Update financial transactions and supporting documents in Xero.
• Support month-end closing, journal entries and intercompany reconciliations.
• Assist with audit schedules, documentation and financial reporting.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to resolve accounting enquiries.
• Carry out other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned.
