Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management of client accounts and act as a reliable contact for clients and internal teams.
• Coordinate work across strategy, creative, production, CRM, data, media and technology teams.
• Prepare meeting agendas, reports, status updates and client-facing materials.
• Track project scopes, budgets and approvals, flag risks early.
• Contribute to pitches, workshops and new business opportunities.
