Job summary

SkillsFuture Singapore Agency in Singapore is seeking a Jobs-Skills Analyst (Intelligence Products) to develop and manage JSI products that support data-informed workforce decisions. You will translate insights into practical dashboards and resources, engage enterprises and policymakers, and work with Product, Analytics and Content Strategy teams to continuously improve offerings.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and critical thinking to interpret workforce and skills trends.
• Ability to translate intelligence into actionable insights and fit-for-purpose products.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Good product and user orientation, with ability to translate stakeholder needs into relevant solutions and improvements.
• Comfortable with data, analytics and AI tools to support intelligence development and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Monitor labour market developments, business transformation, technology adoption and workforce trends to identify emerging implications for jobs and skills.
• Develop and manage Jobs-Skills Intelligence products, resources and use cases aligned to organisational priorities and stakeholder needs.
• Translate intelligence into fit-for-purpose products such as insights, datasets, dashboards, frameworks, tools, articles and decision-support resources.
• Maintain and enhance assigned products through regular refreshes, updates and prioritised improvements.
• Apply AI and other appropriate tools to strengthen intelligence development, synthesis and product enhancement.
