Job summary

SWDA is seeking a Jobs-Skills Analyst (Intelligence Products) to develop and manage Jobs-Skills Intelligence resources that support data-driven workforce decisions. You will translate stakeholder needs into actionable products and coordinate delivery across Product, Analytics and Partnerships teams.

Collaborating with enterprises and policymakers, you will turn intelligence into dashboards, datasets and decision-support tools, ensuring relevance, usability and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret labour market and jobs-skills developments.
• Ability to translate complex information into actionable insights and fit-for-purpose products.
