Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python and SQL for data extraction, preparation and processing.
• Experience with statistical analysis, particularly regression and forecasting.
• Ability to translate complex insights into narratives for diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical thinking and research capabilities.
• Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Perform quantitative and qualitative research to identify in-demand, emerging, and future jobs and skills trends.
• Extract, structure, and process large datasets using Python and SQL, applying statistical methods.
• Develop compelling visualisations using Tableau to support translation and exploration of insights.
• Synthesize research outputs to develop fit-for-purpose Jobs-Skills Insights for end-user needs.
• Engage diverse end-users including policymakers and enterprises to understand requirements and disseminate insights.
• Continuously refine and improve insights delivery based on feedback.
