Qualifications

• 6+ years of ServiceNow experience with hands-on development.
• App Engine Studio and custom application development expertise.
• Experience in ITSM and CSM configurations.
• Ability to translate requirements into technical designs.
• Onsite work in Singapore on contract.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and configure custom applications using ServiceNow App Engine Studio.
• Build and enhance workflows, forms, business rules, script includes, and UI components.
• Develop and support ITSM and CSM configurations and customizations.
• Translate functional requirements into technical designs and working solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following ServiceNow scripting best practices.
• Perform unit testing and support QA through defect resolution.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to platform development standards.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and other developers to deliver requirements on schedule.
• Support ongoing enhancements, upgrades, and platform maintenance activities.
