HCL Technologies Limited is seeking a Jira Software Engineer to administer and enhance Jira Cloud environments in Singapore. The role focuses on workflows, automation, and configuration optimization to support efficient project tracking and collaboration.

The ideal candidate brings strong scripting skills and hands-on Jira automation experience, with a deep understanding of leveraging Jira Cloud capabilities to meet organizational needs.

Competenze

• 3+ years of Jira Cloud admin in production.
• Experience building Jira automation rules and integrations via REST APIs.
• Understanding of workflows, permissions, and project templates.
• Familiar with CI/CD and version control.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Mansioni

• Administer and maintain Jira Cloud, including user management, permissions, and project configurations.
• Design, implement, and optimize Jira workflows, custom fields, screens, and schemes to align with business processes.
• Build and maintain automation rules using Jira Automation, scripting, and REST APIs to streamline operations.
• Develop and manage integrations between Jira and other enterprise tools (e.g., Confluence, GitHub, ServiceNow).
