Job summary

The Good Life Club Pte Ltd is seeking an Operations Coordinator for Carrie K. jewellery design and production, working closely with our Creative Operations Manager, craftsmen and suppliers to move projects from CAD to final production.

You will help keep on-brief, on-time delivery while upholding the craftsmanship our clients expect from Carrie K. You will ensure on-time, on-budget delivery, maintain production trackers and technical files, review CADs and prototypes, and support meticulous

Qualifications

• 1–2 years' experience in jewellery design, production or operations.
• Basic understanding of jewellery construction, gemstones and metals.
• CAD experience such as Rhino, or willingness to learn CAD.
• Exceptionally organised with multi-project management.
• Clear communicator with craftsmen, suppliers and teammates.
• Proactive problem-solver with strong commitment to quality.
• Genuine curiosity and passion for fine jewellery.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate jewellery development from design brief, CAD and sampling through to final production
• Track production orders and proactively flag delays, discrepancies or quality issues
• Ensure on time, on budget delivery
• Liaise with suppliers and craftsmen on technical requirements, timelines and samples
• Review CADs, prototypes and finished pieces against approved specifications
• Conduct and support meticulous quality checks — because the little details matter
• Maintain accurate production trackers, technical files, inventory and documentation
• Organised administration of orders and filing of invoices
• Troubleshoot production challenges and come to the table with proposed solutions
• Support the team with product knowledge, sizing and technical guidance when needed

About the role

You'll be the operational backbone of our design and production process, working closely with our Creative Operations Manager, craftsmen and suppliers to bring Carrie K. designs to life. From CADs and prototypes to production, quality control and final documentation, you'll keep every project moving smoothly, on brief and on time — while upholding the craftsmanship our clients expect from Carrie K.

About you

• 1–2 years' experience in jewellery design, production or operations, ideally within fine jewellery, luxury accessories or a craft-based industry
• Basic understanding of jewellery construction, gemstones, precious metals and production processes
• CAD experience such as Rhino, or strong sketching ability with an eagerness to learn CAD
• Exceptionally organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple projects at once
• Clear communicator who can work confidently with craftsmen, suppliers and teammates
• A proactive problem-solver with a zero-compromise attitude towards quality
• A genuine curiosity and passion for fine jewellery and craftsmanship
