Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/SE or related field.
• 5+ years software development experience (Java).
• 1+ year leadership of a software team preferred.
• Strong CS fundamentals: OS, networks, data structures, algorithms.
• Proficient in Spring Core/Boot/Security.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical projects from inception to delivery.
• Mentor 2-5 developers.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and promote best practices.
• Own design, development, refactoring, and performance optimization.
• Contribute to system architecture decisions for scalability and availability.
• Participate in full lifecycle from analysis to deployment.
• Collaborate with local and regional team members.
