ASCENDION ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks a Java Full Stack Developer to design, develop and deliver enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring Boot and React.js.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in full stack application development using Java technologies.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java (8/11/17+) and the Spring ecosystem, including Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, and Spring Security.
• Proven experience in designing, developing, and maintaining RESTful APIs and Microservices-based applications.
• Solid front-end development experience using React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and UI frameworks such as Bootstrap or Material UI.
• Hands-on experience in developing and integrating Micro Frontend (MFE) applications using React.
• Proficiency in state management tools such as Redux or Context API.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases including Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
• Experience with Git and other version control systems.
• Familiarity with build and dependency management tools such as Maven or Gradle.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies and software development best practices.

We are seeking a Java Full Stack Developer with 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, and RESTful API development, along with front-end development experience using React.js, including Micro Frontends, Redux, and Context API.

Candidates should have strong proficiency in SQL databases, version control using Git, and build automation tools such as Maven or Gradle. Experience working across the full software development lifecycle, developing scalable and high-performance applications, and collaborating within an Agile environment is highly preferred.

This is a 12-month contract position with the possibility of renewal, subject to project requirements and performance.
