Job summary

JobCubby is seeking a Java Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and backend services using Java and Spring Boot, with focus on microservices and REST APIs.

You will work on front-end with modern JS frameworks, collaborate across teams, ensure performance and security, and participate in CI/CD, testing, and deployments in an agile environment.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience with microservices and RESTful APIs.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern JS frameworks.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).

Role Summary

The Java Full Stack Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications and backend services using Java-based technologies. The role requires strong experience in building microservices using Spring Boot and proficiency in front-end development using JavaScript frameworks. This is a 1 year renewable contract role.

Core Responsibilities

• Build responsive and dynamic user interfaces using JavaScript (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security.

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot for backend development.
• Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern JS frameworks (React, Angular, etc.).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
